Our New Year’s holiday closure: December 27th (Sat) – January 4th (Sun)

The order deadline and delivery schedule are as follows.

Hokkaido: Orders close at noon on December 23rd, shipped on December 24th, delivered on December 26th.

Honshu (excluding Kanto), Shikoku, and Kyushu: Orders close at noon on December 23rd, shipped on December 24th, delivered on December 26th.

Kanto: Orders close at noon on December 24th, shipped on December 25th, delivered on December 26th.

Okinawa: Orders close at noon on December 19th, shipped on December 22nd, delivered on December 26th.

Orders will resume as normal on Monday, January 5th.

Due to increased logistics volume around the New Year’s holiday period, we may not be able to meet your desired delivery date. We appreciate your early ordering.
